We are extremely excited to be part of this high-status project, giving us the opportunity to work more closely with Skanska, building on our past relationship. We are providing a Commissioning Consultancy & Commissionability service, along with a service to benchmark the extensive and complex commissioning activities. At this early stage, our three key areas of focus are design / commissioning review, commissioning deliverables and commissioning programme analysis.
