Commtech are pleased to announce their appointment to SGP work place management for the provision of specialist maintenance services to the Paddocks Health Centre Canvey Island. The new health centre is part of a Local investment finance trust (LIFT) initiative and provides the very latest in outpatient care. Comprising a number of GP surgeries, and dental practices the building will provide residents in Canvey with the most up to date facilities available.

Commtech have worked with SGP work place management to put together a cost effective a practical approach to maintaining the building, and ensuring that the various stakeholder groups receive the very highest levels of service.
