The Royal Shakespeare Theatre

Commtech Ltd has secured the commissioning management contract for The Royal Shakespeare Theatre in Stratford-upon-Avon, working directly with the Royal Shakespeare Company and closely with Mace. The Royal Shakespeare Theatre and the Swan Theatre are being extensively refurbished, with some sections being replaced altogether by newer designs - noticeably the addition of a 7 storey fly tower.

We are excited to be involved in this prestigious project and look forward to the new challenges it will bring, namely the stage electrics which will be an interesting aspect of the project and an addition to our usual scope of works.

As this project is lottery funded the tendering process came under a lot of scrutiny, however we prevailed thanks to our experienced and dedicated team.
