Working with Kier Build, Fairhurst Design Group and Curtins Consulting Engineers, Commtech’s Manchester based office is currently involved on the prestigious One Snowhill. The high-spec commercial development will incorporate 250,000sq ft of office and ancilliary retail space over 13 storeys with underground car parking.

Based in central Birmingham some of the prominent features of the development include

•Full-height atrium with an ETFE roof
•A boulevard running the length of the site which will allow future expansion of the Midland Metro
•An art wall – one of the largest pieces of civic art in the UK
•Water feature set in a new piazza
•An inclined façade achieving a 4.5m overhang at the top of the building
